Former member of staff
Scientist
Dr. Andreas Lingnau
Member of the Knowledge Construction Lab.
Andreas Lingnau studied mathematics and computer science at the Gerhard Mercator University of Duisburg (diploma 1998). From 1999 to 2005 he worked as research scientist in different European projects at the Institute for Computer Science and interactive Systems at University of Duisburg-Essen. There his main focus was on computer-supported learning in schools. In this area he finished his Ph.D. at the University of Duisburg-Essen in 2005. Since 2006 Andreas Lingnau has been working at the Knowledge Media Research Center. In his project "Learner supporting multi-media platform for pupils with cognitive disabilities - LMMP" he is mainly responsible for the software development.
