Dipl.-Psych. Antonia Baumeister

Antonia Baumeister works as a research employee at the Knowledge Media Research Center since January 2009, in the context of the research project "Knowledge and Information Awareness for Fostering Computer-Supported Collaboration" (project leader: Dr. Tanja Engelmann). In her PhD project, Antonia Baumeister investigates the potential of Knowledge Awareness for supporting the identification of solution-relevant case features.
Antonia Baumeister studied Psychology at the University of Tübingen from 10/2000 till 09/2006 with emphasis in Pedagogical Psychology and Media Psychology as well as in Clinical Psychology. Her diploma thesis addressed the support of example comparison processes by means of external representations. After completing her degree, she worked as a research employee in the lab "Knowledge Exchange" at the Knowledge Media Research Center from 10/2006 till 12/2006. From 01/2007 till 12/2008, she received a scholarship of the Virtual Graduate School "Knowledge Acquisition and Knowledge Exchange with New Media" funded by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (http://www.vgk.de).
