Questionnaire for the course start

The significance and aim of the questionnaire

In a series of courses, the attempt is currently being made to utilize the potential of new computer-based media for learning purposes and for university teaching.

This questionnaire is part of a study in which the effect of the use of new media on teaching quality is examined.

In order to get reliable and precise results about the seminar in which you are taking part, please make sure that you answer all questions carefully. Questions marked with * are required.

If you have any questions concerning the study, you can contact us at:

Creating an anonymous code

In order to find out possible changes in people's opinions and attitudes through their participation in the course, we will carry out a second survey after the course. To be able to allocate these two questionnaires to the corresponding persons we need a personal code of each participant. This code guarantees your anonymity. The personal code consists of a combination of letters and numbers.

This alphanumerical combination is not known by anybody at the university. Nevertheless you are able to derive your personal code at any time you will need it.

The personal code comprises the following eight letters and numbers.

1.1.  Please enter the first two letters of your mother's Christian name: *

1.2.  Please enter the first two numbers of your mother's birthday: *
